Research Fields
Currently, the scientific research staff of the Institute of Mechanics consists of 99 scientists, including one corresponding member, 14 professors, 52 associate professors, 20 assistant professors and 12 assistants. Doctors of science are 11 and doctors - 65. The staff comprises mathematicians, physicists, mechanical, civil and machine engineers, biologists etc. Research at the Institute of Mechanics developes in six main areas:
